Creamy mushroom soup with truffle oil, beet cured salmon with seasonal greens, poached anjou pear with pancetta & blue cheese. Red wine braised short ribs with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. You will end the evening with dark chocolate cake with hazelnut mousse. |
