Chef Andrew McNaughton 

January 17th & 18th, March 14th & 15th - Bao Sandwiches - $50/Person - Steamed Buns or Bao Buns are a staple of Vietnamese street food. With various varieties of fillings and garnished to dress for personal liking. Traditionally using Pork Belly and a Carrot-daikon pickled slaw and garnished with cilantro. We will touch base on a few staple fillings and a few different pickle varieties for different style street eats.

Chef Andrew is a graduate of the prestigious Stratford Chef School. He shares a love of cooking and experimenting as well as understanding the potential food has to offer. Andrew seeks local and seasonal ingredients, this is where he finds his inspiration. Chef Andrew is creative and passionate about food. His eye for detail comes out when admiring his beautiful courses. Let your taste buds go on an adventure in the warmth of our gourmet kitchen.
