February 21st & 22nd - Mexican Tacos - $50/Person - Tacos are a long known Mexican diet turning into a staple across North American countries. Using both corn and wheat flours to make tortillas, Mexican families have mastered the texture and tradition of pressing tortillas and slow roasting meats for a large family gathering. We will touch base on a few styles of meats and techniques used to make traditional fillings. As well as some spreads and salsas used to top tacos Chef Andrew is a graduate of the prestigious Stratford Chef School. He shares a love of cooking and experimenting as well as understanding the potential food has to offer. Andrew seeks local and seasonal ingredients, this is where he finds his inspiration. Chef Andrew is creative and passionate about food. His eye for detail comes out when admiring his beautiful courses. Let your taste buds go on an adventure in the warmth of our gourmet kitchen. |
