Robin Chang-Kitano Sushi
January 30th, February 27th & March 27th - Sushi - $65/Person
Traditional Sushi, learn how the professionals do it.
You will learn how to make sushi rice, miso soup & Kitano’s famous salad dressing. You will be shown how to properly fillet a fish and how to properly roll sushi. After class you will get to take home your bamboo sushi mat.
Robin Chang is one of the Owners/Chefs of Kitano, a Japanese restaurant in Sarnia. He has worked under his father Hoon Chang, a Sushi Master.
