3 Part Charcuterie Class - Learn the art of curing your own meat. You will learn how to cure your own bacon, pancetta, duck prosciutto & Pate. During the final class you will be bringing home 1lb of each product!
Michael is a certified chef of 17 years. As a graduate of Stratford Chef School, Michael is a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking Chef with a passion for food. His culinary experience has landed him positions at some of the finest restaurants across Ontario, including Niagara On The Lake. Michael is currently enjoying another chapter of his life as a culinary teacher at Lambton College. Come enjoy Michael’s passion-French cooking with a twist! |
