Jan 31 - Girls Night Out - $65/Person - You will start off with red wine braised beef in Yorkshire pudding with gorgonzola. Rack of Lamb with maple glaze, pan seared scallops with brown butter whipped squash and sweet pea puree, salmon gravlax with a diced shallot and lemon mayo, chicken satay with peanut sauce and warm vegetable napoleon with marinara sauce. 

Michael is a certified chef of 17 years. As a graduate of Stratford Chef School, Michael is a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking Chef with a passion for food. His culinary experience has landed him positions at some of the finest restaurants across Ontario, including Niagara On The Lake.
