March 8, May 9 & May 23 - 5 Course, Fine Dining - $80/Person - Roasted beet salad with goat cheese and vinaigrette, Pan Seared Scallops, pear riesling & ginger sorbet followed by red wine braised short ribs with potatoes dauphinoise finished with vanilla bean crème brûlèe.
Michael is a certified chef of 17 years. As a graduate of Stratford Chef School, Michael is a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking Chef with a passion for food. His culinary experience has landed him positions at some of the finest restaurants across Ontario, including Niagara On The Lake. Michael is currently enjoying another chapter of his life as a culinary teacher at Lambton College. Come enjoy Michael’s passion-French cooking with a twist! |
