Where would you be, if you could not read?

It is likely that you would have difficulty inspecting the labels on your groceries or prescriptions, skimming the drive-thru menu at your favourite fast-food restaurant or studying your child’s report card. Without fundamental math and reading skills, you would experience many limitations on a daily basis.

Since 1989, Organization for Literacy in Lambton (OLL) has strived to ensure that all individuals in Lambton County have the opportunity and resources to improve their literacy. OLL offers free math and reading help to both adults and children. OLL also organizes a variety of events and fundraisers throughout the year, such as Showcase Literacy, the Give-a-Book Christmas Campaign and the Annual Sarnia Spelling Bee.
