Because L-Leucine is the only amino acid that has the capacity to stimulate muscle protein synthesis – but it also needs other AA as well. In order to achieve max muscle synthesis you need a ratio of 4:1:1 – 4 L-Leucine, 1 L-Alanine, and 1 L-Valine and our supplement contains that very important ratio.
