I really enjoy the idea of daily soup, feature and dip specials. Today I had the Greene Mile wrap with the soup of the day and enjoyed every bite. There was this black bean spread on the sammie that was just to die for. Keep up the good eats Paresh!! Thanks for Lunch.

Friday special was Southern Fried Chicken with Corn Bread and Collard Greens. This meal was the best fried chicken I have ever eaten, and family reunions included. My first time ever eating corn bread and it will not be my last and the greens were perfectly done.

Had a dinner party over the weekend that Paresh helped create the menu and cook for us – it was amazing! Jambalya, cajun shrimp, okra with corn and cheddar and jalapeno corn bread – it was absolutely delicious and made the evening more enjoyable because I wasn’t cooking and cleaning the whole night (and I would have never made anything that delicious!)
